Game of skill: The games on our site are games of skill in which participants use their knowledge and analysis of professional football and the pro football schedule to make their picks weekly. Winners are determined by objective criteria under the “Rules” section of each game. The ultimate goal of these contests is to have fun.

Participants: By entering either contest, players acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by the official rules and regulations governing the game(s).

Fully interactive site: We have setup a fully interactive web site that allows authorized users to enter their picks via our Internet Picksheet. The site will allow all authorized users to view all other participants picks as well as their own prior to weekly kickoff. Then, each user will be able to track how many winners and loser there are, simply by entering our website. Our philosophy is to ensure fairness by allowing each user to every participant’s progress.

Internet/Technology Problems: If for any reason allsportspolls.com or any of our third party software is not capable as planned, because of, but not limited to, an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of allsportspolls.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of our games, then we reserve the right to modify rules or suspend the game. We assume no responsibility for any error, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect of delay in operation with transmission, communication, line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to our game and/or website and/or software.

Participant Proprietary Information: Any proprietary information given to the principal participants, including but not limited to an internet password to access allsportspolls.com or its games, shall be kept confidential by both allsportspolls.com and any participant.

Event Tampering: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDREMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF allsportspolls.com AND ITS GAMES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IN THE EVENT THAT AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Disputes/Appeals: Any disputes or appeals will be decided by allsportspolls.com and its interpretation of the rules. All rulings made by allsportspolls.com are final and binding. ANY DISPUTES MADE REGARDING A PLAYER’S PICK(S) FOLLOWING THE FIRST KICKOFF OF THAT WEEK’S NFL GAMES WILL BE INVALID AND DISREGARDED. Players are solely responsible to check pick summaries printed or posted on our site to ensure that we have recorded their picks correctly.
