Fantasy Eliminator Rules

RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS WE IMPLEMENT SOFTWARE

1. Entry: Your participation in the Fantasy Eliminator game constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with our disclaimers and the rules listed below.

2. Game of Skill: The object of the Fantasy Eliminator game is to pick a fantasy team each week that will score the highest possible points. However, once you use them, you lose them as all players can only be submitted in your lineup once during the 17-week contest.

3. Scoring/Lineups: Points are rewarded as follows…
Each week you set a lineup including the following:
(1) Quarterback
(2) Running Backs
(3) Wide Receivers
(1) Tight End
(1) Place Kicker

The following scoring is used:
Touchdown = 6 points
*Passing Yards = 4 points for every 100 PaYd
*Rushing Yards = 1 points for every 10 RuYd
*Receiving Yards = 1 points for every 10 ReYd
Interception thrown = minus 2 points
Fumble lost =minus 2 points
Field Goal = 3 points
Extra Point = 1 point


4. Duration
: The Fantasy Eliminator game begins with Week 1 of the season and concludes in Week 17 at the completion of the regular season.

5. Prizes: The top player each week is rewarded with a weekly prize. The pool pays out the top five finishers in the season standings.

6. Tiebreakers: WEEKLY – The first tiebreaker is the points scored by QB, followed by points scored by RB’s combined; SEASON – There are no tiebreakers in season standings. All ties will split season prizes equally.

7. Schedule: All NFL weekly games are used in pool. However, once a game kicks off from the pool. AllSportsPolls.com reserves the right to remove games from the game card should abnormal circumstances occurs (i.e. Hurricane changes game day) or something unforeseen. Picks for Thursday games are available for play up until kickoff of their respective games.

8. Making Picks: Players may submit picks online at www.AllSportsPolls.com (registration with username/password necessary) or by phone (premium service subscribers only) during the allotted time. IF OUR WEBSITE IS DOWN or you are experiencing technical difficulties you may e-mail your selection to commish@AllSportsPolls.com. All participants must submit a team each week prior to the deadline; failure to submit a team will result in disqualification. NO EXCEPTIONS.

9. Pick Deadline: Players can make their picks up until 12:00 p.m. Eastern Sunday or up until game time for Thursday and Saturday games. Once a game starts it is no longer available for use.

10. Disputes/Appeals: Any disputes or appeals will be decided by AllSportsPolls.com and its interpretation of the rules. All rulings made by AllSportsPolls.com are final and binding. ANY DISPUTES MADE REGARDING A PLAYER’S PICK(S) FOLLOWING THE FIRST KICKOFF OF THAT WEEK’S NFL GAMES WILL BE INVALID AND DISREGARDED. Players are solely responsible to check pick summaries printed or posted on our site to ensure that we have recorded their picks correctly. All picks made online will be accompanied by an e-mail receipt. Players should have e-mail documentation to back up disputes.

11. Fully interactive site: We have setup a fully interactive web site that allows authorized users to enter their picks via our internet pick sheet. The site will allow all authorized users to view all other participants’ picks as once all games begin. Then, each user will be able to track how many winners and loser there are, simply by entering our website. Our philosophy is to ensure fairness by allowing each user to every participant’s progress.
